The Lever-Action Shotgun is a weapon in Paradise Lost.
The lever-action shotgun is an old, Wild West style shotgun that uses a lever for cycling a new shell into the firing chamber. It deals similar damage and fires the same amount of pellets as the regular shotgun, but has a much tighter spread, giving it much better accuracy at long range. It is much less common than the regular shotgun, but can still be found in several different locations across Paradise. It also shares its pool of ammo with the Shotgun, the Shotgun...? and the Sawed-Off Shotgun. In Enhanced Mode, alt-fire shoots bullets that light its target on fire.
- The Lever-Action Shotgun appears to be modeled on the Winchester 1887 shotgun.
- The Postal Dude works the lever on the lever-action shotgun by flipping the weapon 360 degrees; this appears to be a reference to the similar re-cocking method used by Arnold Schwarzenegger's T-800 character in the film Terminator 2: Judgement Day.
