The Food Technicians are workers of Cock Asian. They are the (optional) first of the hate groups to appear in Paradise Lost, making their first strike on Monday. When the Postal Dude arrives to the newly reopened Cock Asian restaurant in the former Clinic location he can either wait in line to buy a dinner or simply go behind a counter and steal one Bag of fast food, but they will only become hate group if Postal Dude steals it. After this a bunch of rabid dogs attack the restaurant knocking restaurant signboard. Then Postal Dude enters the employees area and is attacked by Food Technicians and finds out that new healthier meat is actually made from dogs.
More Food Technicians appear all over Paradise for the rest of the week, attacking the Postal Dude as soon as they see him.
