The Blasting Cap is an errand item in Paradise Lost.
On Friday, in order to build the IED needed to blow open the seal on the Hell Hole, Al Qaeda needs a blasting cap. Fortunately, the item can be either purchased from Habib's Survival Store for $500 or stolen for free.
