The Bates Hotel is a hotel located in the Ghetto. It consists of two levels of bedrooms, in which several items, cash and weapons can be found. Guests in the rooms include a fat member of the Marching Band on Monday, Police Officers, Rednecks, a priest and a gimp on Tuesday, ATF agents on Thursday and Friday, and in the last room, men in dark suits, Terrorists or SWAT team members listening to music and dancing.
Some of the services the Bates Hotel provides include private rooms and "relaxing murder-free showers".

- The hotel is named after the character Norman Bates from the horror film Psycho, as the "murder-free" showers would suggest, due to the infamous shower scene in the movie.
